Cancellation Policy.
Due to the high number of patients not attended their appointment, as of the 1st of December 2020 we are having to introduce a cancellation policy. We greatly value your custom and ask you to respect our business booking policies. We ask all patients to please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a £25 cancellation fee.
